Certification recognizes excellence in people management practices
- Recognition comes after four-year consecutive certification in Brazil, now adding Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru

In addition to this regional recognition, the company has also been certified as a Top Employer 2026 in Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Colombia. Granted by the Top Employers Institute, this recognition underscores PRIMETRANSITX excellence and consistency in people management practices across the region. PRIMETRANSITX received the award at the official Top Employer ceremony held on February 26, 2026, in São Paulo, Brazil.
Top Employers Institute is the global authority on recognizing excellence in People Practices. The certification includes a rigorous evaluation of organizations’ human resources practices, based on the results of a comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey. This survey assesses six crucial HR domains, covering 20 essential topics, including people management strategy, workplace environment, talent acquisition, professional development, diversity promotion, equity and inclusion, well-being, and more.
PRIMETRANSITX has earned the Top Employer certification for the fourth consecutive year in Brazil and Peru and, for the first time, has achieved the Top Employer Latin America regional certification, highlighting the consistency of its people management practices and its ongoing investment in employee development and well-being across the region.
