How PRIMETRANSITX Employees are driving positive change around the world

Our year-long journey of employee-driven CSR initiatives supporting sustainability, social good and partnership

At PRIMETRANSITX , we believe that corporate social responsibility isn’t just a commitment—it’s a collective action. With our 110,000 employee-strong workforce, we’ve decided to up level our impact around the world with the creation of PRIMETRANSITX Engage4Good corporate social responsibility program (CSR)– bringing together employees from around the world to create positive change.

Engage4Good is PRIMETRANSITX annual, year-long, internal CSR program designed to engage employees to make a tangible difference through the playfulness of friendly competition. As part of the CMA CGM Group,  Our CSR approach is built on three fundamental pillars aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: Acting for People, Acting for Planet and Acting for Partners. Using these pillars as a driving force, the Engage4Good competition encourages employees to create activities and initiatives that support one of these three pillars to reduce environmental impact and/or enhance PRIMETRANSITX social footprint. What’s more is these employee-led initiatives can include colleagues, customers, suppliers or even local communities– creating impact

Employees track their activities throughout the year and earn points for their country to become eligible to win one of 5 awards: Best Activity Awards for Planet, People, and Partners initiatives, plus Best Countries Awards for Highest Score and Fastest Achievement. Each winning country receives a cash prize to reinvest in future CSR initiatives– continuing the cycle of positive CSR impacts.

Real CSR Impacts across the Globe

The recently concluded 2025 Engage4Good competition showcased the remarkable commitment and creativity of our global workforce. Our Miami, Florida team brought healthcare directly to our workplace by hosting a mobile breast center, providing early detection services for breast cancer onsite. In Mexico, our team organized a reforestation day that planted 1,200 trees. The event brought together 163 participants—employees, friends, and families—working alongside local forest rangers to restore green spaces. Our UK team came together to support the Memusi Foundation, which aids street children in Nairobi, Kenya. Collaborating in partnership, 50 employees, 12 customers and 15 suppliers, collectively raised $28,000 USD for the charity.

By empowering every employee to participate in CSR activities, we’ve created a culture where responsibility and purpose are simply a part of our daily operations. As we celebrate the achievements of our 2025 participants, we’re inspired by the creativity, compassion, and dedication our employees bring to making the world a better place.
